Merciful God, give us eyes to see Your face in the face of those who suffer. Grant us the strength to embrace the pain and resist sheltering ourselves from uncomfortable situations. May we follow in the steps of the Good Samaritan who truly loved his neighbor. Amen.

Phil and Bonnie came to us after living on St. Joseph Island for 35 years and serving the Church of the Nazarene in Sault Ste Marie for  13 years. After having a district license for 10 years Reverend Phil Sabine was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2012.  They have two children - a daughter that lives in Chatham and a son who is a “tent maker” in the Middle East. They have a total of 3 granddaughters and one grandson.
